Emily Wang

With a background in accounting, Emily is a detail-oriented solicitor who provides clients with efficient and cost-effective results. She primarily practices in commercial law and estate planning, while also assisting with litigation. Emily’s strong understanding of financial matters lends itself to her commercial work when drafting and reviewing contracts.

Prior to joining CR Lawyers, Emily studied at the University of Victoria’s joint degree program in Common Law and Indigenous Legal Orders. With a wide range of experience in Indigenous governance and land-management strategies, she also welcomes the opportunity to assist clients in these areas.

Emily recognizes that legal matters often involve difficult or sensitive conversations. With her practical yet personal approach, she strives to make the process comfortable and straightforward for her clients.

Outside of work, you can find Emily fishing, foraging, or making the most of the outdoors.
